1. Order confirmation
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation in your email. This is not a confirmation that your item is on its way. As our items are made in small batches, your order may not be in stock and may need to be re-ordered and handmade just for you! If this happens, we will be sure to let you know that your delivery time may be longer than the standard timeframe.
2. Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. Sareptha Rose reserves the right to cancel your order for any reason. If we do so after you have been billed, we will offer you a full refund.
We will automatically charge sales tax on products ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate for the location to which the order is being shipped.
3. Shipping Policy
We will use USPS, FedEx or UPS to ship your merchandise. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email confirmation and a tracking number. Sareptha Rose (Afrimade LLC) is not responsible for late, damaged or missing deliveries once they have been transferred to USPS, FedEx or UPS shipping carriers.
Shipping within the U.S. and its territories is free. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws differ between countries. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Sareptha Rose is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
We hope that you will love your purchase once you receive it in the mail! If not, then no worries! You may return your undamaged, unused product within 14 calendar days of receipt for a full refund. Simply return it with the original order receipt and packaging within 14 days of the date you received the product. Our products are all made by hand by craftsmen with natural leathers and limited mechanical tools. There may be slight differences in colors, patterns or shape. Generally, we will not issue refunds for these reasons.

We do our best to verify the accuracy of the information provided to us about the materials in our products, visiting the producers as often as possible. However the nature of the availability of supply chain information in the countries where our bags are from, that we can only rely upon the information available to us.
